Payment

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is through Paypal.
  • If you wish to pay via cheque or Postal Order, please contact us.

Returns / Refunds / Cancellation

  • Please contact us before returning your mirror.
  • If you wish to return your mirror, you must do so within 14 days of receipt  and at your own costs (recorded delivery recommended).
  • Mirrors must be returned in as-new condition - in their original packaging. 
  • Faulty mirrors can be returned for a full refund.
  • You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days. This period runs from the day after the day your receive your mirror (cooling-off period).  All cancelled orders must be returned un-opened.
Safety
  • SlingView Mirrors are NOT TOYS. They have been designed for adult use only.
  • Do not give your child a SlingView Mirror to play with or chew.
  • Small parts are choking hazards.
  • It is your responsibility to check that the mirror is in good working order before each use.
  • Remember that images in the SlingView Mirror are reflections.
  • If you have any doubts, check your work in a full length mirror.
Privacy
  • All information, (name, email address, delivery address and contact number) will be collected in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998.
  • SlingView will not pass your information on or sell it to anyone, except when we are legally obliged to do so or when it is necessary in order to fill your order.
  • We will never will pass on your information onto 3rd parties without your consent.

Please Note: We cannot accept orders from or ship to North America
